How It Works Technically
We construct robust server architectures to ensure security and speed. Our pipeline typically routes WhatsApp API triggers through a Node.js webhook server hosted on Railway or Vercel.
User messages are embedded and matched against a pgvector (Supabase Postgres) database to pull company context. This context is fed to the Claude 3.5 Sonnet or GPT-4o API, returning a constrained response. Session memory is retained client-side, and if the system encounters a sentiment trigger indicating user frustration, the conversation automatically escalates to a live support team dashboard.
